JEFF BRANTLEY VICE PRESIDENT OF POLITICAL AFFAIRS AND PAC Indiana Chamber of Commerce
Jeff rejoined the Indiana Chamber political affairs team in May 2010 (his previous stint was in the mid to late 1990s). He oversees the political affairs department and runs Indiana Business for Responsive Government (IBRG) - the largest pro-business PAC in Indiana and one of the largest chamber PACs in the United States. He is also responsible for the Indiana Chamber's grassroots advocacy program and the organization's federal PAC.
Jeff has extensive experience in political campaign management, government relations, issue advocacy, trade associations and communications. He previously operated Proponent Consulting, LLC, a public affairs, political action and communications firm. Jeff also served as executive director of the Hoosiers for Economic Growth PAC, one of the state's largest political action programs, and as executive director of School Choice Indiana, a statewide coalition promoting greater educational options.
Other professional highlights include executive director of the Coalition for Positive Progress, field staff for the National Right to Work Committee and founder of the Indiana Right to Work Committee. He is a 1991 graduate of Ball State University and a Bargersville resident.

Justin Tomei Political Affairs Coordinator Indiana Chamber of Commerce
Justin serves as one of IBRG's primary field representatives in directly managing campaigns of IBRG endorsed candidates for the Indiana General Assembly. He also is tasked with researching state legislative districts, candidates and demographics.
Justin is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI with a B.S. in Political Science. During his time at GVSU he was active in county and state legislative politics interning at the County GOP office and serving as the President of the GVSU College Republicans for a year and growing the organization to one of the largest in the state. After graduation just served as the Field Director for a Congressional Race in West Michigan and, also worked as a Field Representative for the College Republican National Committee recruiting and mobilizing new members.

Ryan P. McNicholas Political Grassroots Coordinator Indiana Chamber of Commerce
Ryan is the Political Grassroots Coordinator for IBRG and helps maintains the Chamber sponsored, Indiana Prosperity Project.
Ryan joined IBRG in April, before that he was working as a National Field Representative for the Media Research Center. He has worked on several campaigns in California and Illinois. He was raised in Cleveland and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara. Ryan was awarded the Ronald Reagan College Leader Scholarship for his student activism and ability to mobilize grassroots efforts for students and the community.
Ryan moved to the Indianapolis area from Chicago, IL.

ASHTON ELLER PAC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR INDIANA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Ashton is the PAC Development Coordinator for IBRG helping coordinate the fundraising and development of the Indiana Chamber's PAC.
Ashton joined IBRG in September 2012, after working for the Indiana Chamber Foundation and Ready Indiana for over four years. Before working at the Chamber he worked for the Indiana Department of Labor. He was raised in Hamilton County, Indiana and attended Indiana University-Bloomington where he was a proud member of Delta Upsilon International Fraternity. Ashton likes to spend his time reading, biking, gardening and helping on his family Belgian draft horse farm in Arcadia, Indiana.
Ashton lives in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis.
